What’s in it? my nan makes hot pot with the following: lamb, potatoes, carrots and turnip (or swede(depends where youre from)). I mush mine up and eat it in a sandwich. mmmm yummy.
What should we know? needs to be fresh crusty bread or wax wrapper bread if available. won’t taste any good if it isn’t made in Liverpool. The proper name for the Hotpot is

What’s in it? i cant believe its not butter, the freshest of boiled turnip, cadburys bubbly dairy milk and top it off with a jaffa cake and jammy dodger on top
What should we know? always put the jaffa cake on before the jammy dodger, if you dont the consequences will be dire, mmmmwwwooooohhhaaaahhhaaahhhhaa

3. Turnip sandwich
What’s in it? Spread mayoniase on both halves of the bread, add a little spicy brown mustard if you wish, and slice raw turnip very thin, and layer it like it was thin sandwich meat. Top off with 2 slices of swiss cheese, and there you have it!
