1. Shrimp and Avocado Sammich

What’s in it? Mayonnaise goes on there first. Then a bunch of small shrimp. The some slices of avocado.

What should we know? If it’s done right, some shrimp will fall out of the sandwich with each bite. That part is annoying, but it’s oh so good!
